- 2 slices Wholesome Harvest Stone Ground Whole Wheat Sandwich Bread,toasted
- 15-20 asparagus spears
- 2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 4 tbsp. hummus
- 2 oz. Feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tsp. pistachios, crushed
- Preheat oven to 350℉. Place asparagus on a baking sheet, brush with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper and bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Spread 2 tablespoons of hummus on each toasted bread slice. Top with asparagus, Feta and pistachios.
