- 1 ripe avocado, peeled and pitted
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
- 4 eggs, fried
- 4 slices Wholesome Harvest Sweet Wheat and Oat Bread
- In a bowl, mash 1 ripe avocado with lemon juice, salt and crushed red pepper flakes
- Spread mixture evenly on 4 slices of toasted bread.
- Top each slice of toast with 1 fried egg. Serve and enjoy!
