- 1 Wholesome Harvest Harvest Grain Baguette, sliced into .5” thick pieces
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 8 eggs, hardboiled and sliced
- Fresh chives
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Brush bread with olive oil and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 6-8 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Top each crostini with sliced hard-boiled egg and a sprinkle of fresh chives.
