Roast Beef with Horseradish and Arugula

Delicate roast beef paired with zesty horseradish, juicy tomatoes and crunchy multigrain bread – combine for a perfectly crafted sandwich.



  • 8 slices Wholesome Harvest 9 Grain & Seed Bread
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1 1/2 tsp horseradish
  • 1 cup baby arugula
  • 1/2 lb sliced roast beef or leftover sliced steak
  • 1 medium ripe tomato, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste


  1. In a small bowl, mix the mayo and horseradish until blended.
  2. Spread horseradish mayo evenly over one side of each bread slice.
  3. On two slices, evenly layer arugula, roast beef, and tomato. Add salt and pepper if desired.
  4. Top with remaining bread.
