- 2 slices White Whole Wheat Sandwich Bread,toasted
- ¼ cup sweet peppers, diced
- ¼ cup strawberries, diced
- ¼ cup blueberries, halved
- ¼ cup tomato, diced
- ¼ cup red onion, diced
- 1 lime, squeezed
- Combine peppers, strawberries, blueberries, tomato and onion in a large mixing bowl. Gently toss with lime juice to coat. Spoon mixture onto toast and enjoy.
